AutoCycle understands that circumstances change and customers may need to cancel orders. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for cancelling orders on our platform. The ability to cancel an order depends on its current status and processing stage.

3. Cancellation Reasons

  • Customer-Initiated — Before supplier confirmation or logistics pickup: Full refund
  • Supplier Cancellation (Out of Stock) — Automatic full refund within 24 hours
  • AutoCycle Cancellation (Payment Issues) — Automatic full refund within 24 hours
  • Damaged Items Before Delivery — Full refund (supplier must provide photo evidence)

5. Refund Process

  • Immediate cancellations (before supplier confirmation): Refund initiated immediately — 3-5 business days to arrive
  • Supplier or AutoCycle cancellations: Automatic refund within 24 hours
  • Refund method: Original payment method, no deduction fees

6. Special Cases

  • Bulk Orders (10+ items or over EGP 10,000): Extended 48-hour cancellation window with manual review
  • Pre-Orders: Can be cancelled anytime before shipment
  • Sale/Discount Items: Same rules apply, refund of discounted price paid only

7. Cancellation vs. Return Policy

Cancellation stops an order before shipment. After delivery, the Return Policy applies (7-day window from delivery date). If the order has shipped but not yet delivered, contact support to discuss cancellation options.
