Commissions, obligations, and legal terms for AutoCycle suppliers

1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on AutoCycle, you must be a registered business entity in Egypt with a valid business license and tax registration, hold a valid Egyptian bank account for payouts, and must not have been previously suspended or terminated from AutoCycle.

2. Required Documentation

🧾Tax registration certificate
📍Business address proof (utility bill or lease)
🪪Identity document (passport or national ID)
🏦Bank account details for payouts
📦Product catalog or sample listings

3. Product Listing Requirements

  • Accurate product name and description
  • Clear specifications and vehicle compatibility information
  • Minimum 1 high-quality image (maximum 10)
  • Accurate pricing in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
  • Current inventory quantity
  • Proper categorization
  • Warranty information (if applicable)

4. Prohibited Items

  • Used tires and safety-critical components
  • Counterfeit, fake, or replica parts
  • Stolen or recalled items
  • Hazardous materials (without proper licensing)
  • Duplicate listings of the same product
  • Items unrelated to the automotive industry

5. Commission & Pricing

15%

Default Commission Rate

of captured order value after discounts

  • Rates may vary based on product category and sales volume.
  • Sellers notified of commission changes 30 days in advance.
  • Price manipulation or artificial inflation is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Order confirmation

Within 30 min or 11:00 AM next working day

Packing & logistics handover

Within 24 hours of confirmation

Customer inquiry response

Within 24 hours

Return inspection

Within 5 days of receipt

Breach Penalties:

  • • 1st breach: Warning & performance review
  • • 3+ breaches: Rating & visibility downgrade
  • • 5+ breaches: Potential suspension

7. Payments & Payouts

  • Weekly payouts — order amount minus 15% commission and any refunds.
  • Transfer to registered bank account within 1-2 business days.
  • Payouts may be held for pending disputes or suspected fraud.
  • Payout discrepancies must be reported within 30 days.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

AutoCycle may suspend or terminate a seller account for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent activity
  • Listing prohibited or counterfeit items
  • Repeated SLA violations
  • Violation of automotive safety regulations
  • Suspension is immediate; seller has 30 days to appeal

9. Data Protection

AutoCycle maintains 256-bit SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption, and PCI DSS Level 3 compliance. Seller data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent. AutoCycle will notify the seller of any data breach within 24 hours.
