2. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

2.1 Geographic Coverage

  • Service Area: AutoCycle ships to all cities and regions throughout Egypt.
  • Major Cities Covered: Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Qalyubia, Monufia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, Sharqia, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Gharbia, Aswan, Luxor, Qena, Sohag, Asyut, Minya, Beni Suef, Fayoum, and all other Egyptian cities.
  • Excluded Areas: Currently, no areas are excluded from our service.
  • Remote Areas: May have extended delivery times; customers notified during checkout.

2.2 Service Availability

  • Operating Days: Orders accepted 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  • Holiday Operations: Special arrangements may apply during Egyptian public holidays.
  • Peak Season: During Ramadan, Eid, and New Year, delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

  • Weight-Based Pricing: Rates vary for 0-5kg, 5-10kg, 10-25kg, 25kg+.
  • Real-Time Calculation: Displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • Free Shipping: On orders exceeding EGP 5,000 (Standard Delivery only).
  • No Hidden Charges: Shipping cost clearly itemized and doesn't change after confirmation.

5. Shipping Timeline & Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Immediately upon successful payment.
  • Supplier Verification: AutoCycle verifies product availability with the supplier.
  • Processing Begins: System automatically sends pickup request to logistics partner.
  • Pickup Scheduling: Within 2-4 hours from supplier location.
  • Weekend Operations: Friday–Saturday orders processed on Sunday.
  • Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking & Order Updates

6.1 Order Tracking

  • Unique tracking number for each order.
  • Real-time tracking through customer dashboard.
  • GPS tracking for Express and Same-Day deliveries.
  • Photo proof of delivery upon successful delivery.

8. Delivery Issues & Problem Resolution

8.1 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Customer notified via email and WhatsApp with reason for failure.
  • Customer can reschedule delivery through the dashboard.
  • Logistics partner attempts redelivery within 24-48 hours.
  • After 3 failed attempts, contact support for alternative delivery.

8.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damage Reporting: Must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
  • Lost Shipment: Report if not received within 7 days of estimated delivery.
  • Investigation: Completed within 10-15 business days.
  • Compensation: Replacement item or full refund upon investigation completion.
