1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AutoCycle platform, including the website, mobile application, and all related services. AutoCycle operates a marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers of automotive parts and accessories. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old.
Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Geographic Restriction: The Platform is available exclusively to users in Egypt.
No Duplicate Accounts: One account per person/entity is permitted.
Prohibited Users: AutoCycle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

2.2 Account Registration & Information

Registration: You must register with accurate, complete, and current information.
Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Notification: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Platform Usage & Conduct

3.1 Acceptable Use

Permitted Use: The Platform is for lawful purposes only.
Intellectual Property: You may not reproduce or exploit any portion without written permission.
Compliance: Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Fraud & Deception: Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting products.
Illegal Activities: Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
Harassment & Abuse: Harassing or threatening other users or AutoCycle staff.
Spam: Sending promotional content without consent.
Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the Platform.
Malware: Uploading or distributing malware or harmful code.
IP Violation: Infringing on copyrights or trademarks.
Manipulation: Manipulating prices or reviews through fake accounts.

3.3 Prohibited Items

Counterfeit or fake automotive parts.
Stolen or salvaged goods without proper documentation.
Damaged parts unless clearly labeled "Used" with full disclosure.
Hazardous materials: flammable or explosive.
Items subject to manufacturer recalls.
Any items prohibited by Egyptian law.

4. Product Listings & Descriptions

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

Accurate Descriptions: Sellers must provide accurate, truthful product descriptions.
Condition Disclosure: Clearly disclose item condition (New, Used, Refurbished).
Images: Provide clear, accurate images and documentation.
Pricing: Set accurate prices reflecting true value.
Availability: Ensure items are in stock.
Liability: Sellers are liable for any misrepresentation.

4.2 Buyer Responsibilities

Due Diligence: Review product descriptions before purchase.
Questions: Contact sellers to clarify uncertainties before purchasing.
Acceptance: By purchasing, buyers accept the product as described.

5. Pricing, Payment & Fees

Price Accuracy: AutoCycle is not responsible for pricing errors.
Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.
Payment Processing: Processed through secure gateways (Paymob). Full card info is never stored.
Seller Fees: 15% commission per transaction — see Seller Agreement for details.

6. Orders & Transactions

Order Confirmation: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Right to Refuse: AutoCycle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet processed.
Refund Processing: Refunds to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy: All returns are governed by AutoCycle's Return Policy.

7. Dispute Resolution & Complaints

Direct Communication: Parties are encouraged to communicate directly first.
Complaint Submission: Must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
Resolution Timeline: AutoCycle will attempt resolution within 15 business days.
Final Decision: AutoCycle's decision is final and binding.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All Platform content is owned by or licensed to AutoCycle.
Limited License: A limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
Restrictions: You may not distribute Platform content without permission.
User Rights: You retain ownership of content you create.
Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on IP rights.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

Seller Warranties: Sellers warrant products are as described and fit for purpose.
AutoCycle Disclaimer: AutoCycle does not provide warranties on products sold through the Platform.
Platform As-Is: The Platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties.
No Availability Guarantee: AutoCycle does not guarantee continuous Platform availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap: AutoCycle's total liability shall not exceed EGP 5,000 or the total paid in the preceding 12 months.
No Indirect Damages: AutoCycle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Exclusions: The cap does not apply to fraud or gross negligence.
Third-Party Claims: AutoCycle is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoCycle, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
